What to expect at your appointment?
What should I wear?
Unobtrusive undies are best!
There's no need to wear shapewear, if that's not your thing!
Face & Hair?
Please leave the fake tan, full make up and heavily scented body lotions and perfumes for another day!
Who should I bring?
Fire Regulations permit a total of 4 guests (including children) plus the Bride.
​​​It's all about you! If you want to bring children, please make sure that someone can look after them.
Wheelchair accessible?
​We're fully accessible with disabled parking, suitable toilets and level access.
Please note that there are 2 shallow steps in our corridor. If you need the portable ramp, please let us know ahead of your appointment!

If you need help with mobilty or dressing, please bring someone with you who understands your needs and can help you.
How can I pay?
Take home with you on the day of your appointment.

When should I book?
Book as soon as you're ready!
The earlier you book, the longer you can take to pay for your gown. We are now helping later 2026, 2027 and even 2028 Brides!

Remember that most gowns will need some tailoring and you should allow plenty of time for this. ​
